Adacta and Economic Faculty of Banja Luka partner to benefit students
The partnership gives EFBL students real-life experience on Adacta's AdInsure, a leading insurance platform, in order to prepare them for the digital world.
Adacta and the Economic Faculty of Banja Luka today
announce a new partnership. This alliance will provide students with technology
and access to software used by insurance professionals, enabling them to work
with real-world data and prepare to enter the workforce.

Milenko Krajišnik, Dean of EFBL, also expressed his enthusiasm, saying: "Today's students need opportunities that accomplish more than impressing their teachers. They need experiences that show employers they're ready to tackle the challenges they will encounter once they start working."
The partnership between Adacta and EFBL offers several benefits. It will:
- Support the development of practical skills pertinent to working in the insurance industry.
- Add real use cases and scenarios to the school's current curricula.
- Introduce basic and advanced digital skills to the classroom so graduates can enter the workforce as digital professionals.
- Provide students with modern IT equipment and teach them how to use technologies and methodologies modern insurance companies need to thrive.
- Develop the skills students need to showcase themselves as attractive applicants.
With several EFBL graduates working at Adacta, the partnership came together naturally. As part of the partnership, Adacta will give students access to its AdInsure insurance software, together with the modern IT equipment needed to support their professional development. It's the region's most popular insurance software, so students will enter the job market with hands-on experience. EFBL plans to integrate data and best practices from AdInsure into its course, lectures, and exercises beginning October 2022.
Adacta and EFBL signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to prepare for the partnership. The LOI commits the two parties to work together toward a common goal that will benefit the school and insurance industry. The LOI also outlines key areas of cooperation, starting off with the onboarding of EFBLs professors and assistants, that will serve as the basis for the partnership's responsibilities.
